PAYMENT METHODS

After customers select and purchase products, Southwall website will transfer the customer's order information to the customer service hotline. Our customer service representatives will contact the customer to confirm the details and delivery time. 

Customers can make payment for orders using the following methods:

  1. Bank Transfer to Southwall Account: 
    JSC BANK FOR FOREIGN TRADE OF VIETNAM (VIETCOMBANK)

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): 
    Applying on our ecommerce stores, the delivery personnel will deliver the products to the customer and collect cash payment at the delivery point.

Bank Transfer Payment Confirmation

The payer information must match the orderer information to help the verification process avoid mistakes, causing time wasted in delivering your order.
