SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Scope of Delivery: Nationwide, including 

   • Within Ho Chi Minh City urban area: Our delivery personnel will deliver directly to the customer's address. 

   • Other Provinces, Cities, and Ho Chi Minh City rural area: Southwall authorizes professional nationwide logistic service providers to carry out deliveries. 
      

2. Delivery Time: 

   • Within Ho Chi Minh City urban area: Delivery service operates 6 days a week (excluding Sundays, Holidays, and Festivals). 

   • Other Provinces, Cities, and Ho Chi Minh City rural area: Delivery schedules are determined by the specific delivery service provider. 
      

3. Shipping Cost: 

   • Within Ho Chi Minh City urban area: For orders totaling 300,000 VND and above, delivery is free of charge. For orders below 300,000 VND, a delivery fee of 30,000 VND per order applies. 

   • Other Provinces, Cities, and Ho Chi Minh City rural area: Based on the actual delivery cost of the transportation service provider. In all cases, a Southwall representative will contact the customer to communicate the specific transportation fee and obtain confirmation before proceeding with delivery.
