Warranty Policy
WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Conditions:

The product is eligible for free warranty if all the following conditions are met:

The product belongs to the warranty category provided by Southwall.

The product has a technical defect caused by the Manufacturer.
-
The warranty period on the warranty certificate is still valid.
-
The warranty certificate is intact, not torn, altered, erased, or soiled.
-
The warranty certificate contains complete information: product code, serial number, manufacturing date, customer name, address, purchase date (for products not covered by Electronic Warranty).

The Manufacturer's warranty label and seal (if applicable) on the product are intact.
The product is not eligible for warranty or will incur a warranty fee if it falls under any of the following cases:

The product does not belong to the warranty category provided by Southwall.

The product does not meet any of the warranty conditions in section 1.

The product's serial number or model does not match the warranty certificate.

The customer intervenes in repairing the product on their own or repairs it at non-authorized Manufacturer's service centers.

The product is damaged due to user error, and the damage is not within the Manufacturer's warranty scope.
-
The product is used for a purpose or function other than its intended design by the Manufacturer.
-
The product is used and stored in conditions not suitable according to the Manufacturer's recommendations.

In cases of warranty fee imposition, Southwall's customer care staff will provide comprehensive information to the customer before proceeding with warranty procedures.

Warranty Period:
2.1 For car mats
Warranty period of 36 months, counted from the date of purchase, if the damage issue is due to a technical fault from the manufacturer.
2.2 For other products
Please refer to the warranty information in the product details section on the Southwall website or the accompanying warranty certificate.

Warranty Service Method:
3.1 Warranty location:
The warranty location is indicated on the warranty certificate accompanying the product. Please directly contact the Warranty Center as provided in the warranty certificate. The Customer Service Department will assist in guiding customers to external service centers of the manufacturer or distributor participating in the product warranty system.

3.2 Warranty service time:
In all cases, the service time for product warranty depends on the policies and/or availability of materials, equipment, and replacement products at the Warranty Center. Specific information will be informed to customers at the time the Warranty Center receives the product for warranty, if the customer brings the product to the Warranty Center; or as soon as Southwall receives notification of the warranty time if the customer initiates warranty through Southwall.
In all cases, Southwall is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred if customers do not follow the instructions in this Warranty Policy.
